Registration Information

Deadline: June 1, 2004.

Cost: $950 - includes all meals and hotel.

Hotel Reservation: We will make that reservation for you, when you register for the conference.

Early Arrival: If you plan to arrive earlier than Thursday, June 24, please note your arrival date on your registration form. We'll make that reservation, too. The cost per night for additional hotel is $100, all taxes included.

Late Departure: If you plan to stay the night on the 27th or longer, the cost is $100 per night, taxes included. Please note your departure date on your registration form, and we'll handle the hotel.

Credit Card Payment: You can use a credit card to pay your registration and fax it to 254.710.1068.
