The Family and Graduate Housing Council (FGHC) is a student run, residence association at The University of Georgia. All 1,300 residents of Family and Graduate Housing, both students and their dependents, are considered members of this organization.

The purpose of this organization is to:

	Provide a unified voice.
	Ensure resident involvement in policies.
	Encourage and facilitate cooperation.
	Promote resident program development.
	Improve physical, educational, social and cultural conditions.
