Members:
All 1,300 residents of
Family and Graduate Housing, both students and non-students, are members of
FGHC and can serve on the FGHC Board of Directors. These positions are
still being filled and therefore have yet not been included in the
constitution.
Because most of the
residents in Family and Graduate Housing have many other commitments for
time, we are designing each position with a minimum of time requirements
(approximately 2 hrs/month). We are also encouraging members to work in
teams and split the duties of each position. For example, we would like two Secretaries
so that they can share the workload.
Student Activities requires
that we maintain a President and Vice-President in order to operate.

It is the duty of the President to conduct the FGHC
meetings. The President assembles the meeting agenda and posts it
before each meeting. Within the agenda should be a contact name and
number should any resident wish to attend or place specific items on the
agenda for discussion.

Vice-President: Olaiya Gardner
|
|
In the absence of the President, the Vice-President will
preside over the meeting and assume the duties of the President for the
duration of the meeting.

Secretary: *Open

|
The Secretary is responsible for
recording and distributing the minutes of the meetings. The
Secretary is also responsible for attendance records.
|

Treasurer: James Hansen
|
|
The Treasurer and Graduate
Resident are responsible for recording and keeping track of FGHC's
budget. The Treasurer presents an accurate account statement at
every FGHC meeting.

The parliamentarian is
responsible for understanding and advising the FGHC Board of Directors on
such topics as: Roberts Rules of Order, constitutional matters, voting
procedures, etc..
