The 2004 AMA Faculty Consortium will provide
a forum for the latest in agenda-setting research, pedagogical
concepts, and networking for faculty interested in Customer
Relationship Management.

Student
Through the generosity of Microsoft, we
are able to offer a reduced rate to doctoral students.
Doctoral students can attend for $600, a
savings of $350. This reduced rate includes
