American invented
because I'm so skilled
I'm on a hot streak
Haiku is oozing from me
who will shut me down?
I paid the cashier
and accident'lly thanked her
with a few Haiku
I wooed my sweetheart
with some of my best Haiku
She didn't notice
After dreaming of Haiku
I awake to find myself
dripping with Haiku
Bright awakening
rush from poetic dreamscape
slip on some Haiku
What am I thinking?
whoops! I didn't even try

I just now noticed
I've been talking in Haiku!
it's second-nature
Haiku oozing out
flowing like stream to ocean
from my brain to lips
I could make a rule
to stop speaking in Haiku
but then; why would I?

Unduly with much ado

I think we all know

All the drunks wonder
why once every four years
all of their bars close
O.K. I think this
