Biographical Sketch

Ryan McKeon is an instructor at the Terry College of Business of the University of Georgia . His research interests include empirical asset pricing, behavioral finance, portfolio management and derivatives. He defended his PhD dissertation on July 31st 2008 before his committee Dr. Chris Stivers, Dr. Annette B. Poulsen, Dr. Tyler R. Henry. and Dr. Jin (Ginger) Wu.

In addition to research, Ryan has taught in Derivative Security Markets, Computers in Finance, Investments, Financial Management and Research Methods .

Prior to his studies at Georgia, Ryan completed his undergraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at The University of Natal-Durban, now called the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He also worked in London for over three years, most notably with Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston

Ryan is a long-suffering Cincinnati Bengals fan (since 1989), and not just because of the comic entertainment provided by the team during the 1990's.
